My practice
I believe that we all encounter challenges in life regardless of who we are or what our background is.
Being open and talking about our problems can be the easiest, and hardest thing we can do.
For this reason, the focus of my practice is creating a space where you feel safe and supported in working through your thoughts and feelings, big or small.
Practice opening hours
9:30am - 4:30pm Mondays and Tuesdays. 2pm - 4pm Wednesdays.
