My practice
I am a trauma-informed counsellor and somatic practitioner offering a warm, person-centred space for individuals, couples and families. My approach integrates evidence-based interventions such as breathwork, mindfulness and nervous system regulation. I draw on current psychological research as well as embodied wisdom traditions to support clients to shift patterns, strengthen self-trust and create emotional safety from within. I work collaboratively, gentlty and client-led, with a strong focus on self-compassion, authenticity and holisitic well-being. All identities, orientations and life experiences are welcomed and respected.
