Jen is an Accredited Psychotherapist with over 18 years experience in social services and mental health field committed to helping others.

She has specialised in evidence based psychotherapy for more than a decade and is a registered clinical counsellor with the Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and is a registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

Born in Scotland and UK trained - she is Accredited as a Psychotherapist with the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and a Registered Member with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP).

In the Therapy room, Jen is ethically committed to providing a safe and confidential space where others can explore their life challenges without fear of judgement.

She acknowledges & validates emotional wounds and can help you to process unconscious personal experiences with compassion before exploring evidence based practical solutions to help you overcome your difficulties.

The Cognitive Behavioural Approach that Jen specialises in is internationally recognised as one of the most established and well researched psychological talking therapies, particularly effective for acute psychological issues.

Her authentic and empathic way of being allows space for a genuine connection helping to break down any clinical barriers and aids collaboration between your and her in the therapy room.
