About me

My practice
Our work together will be guided by what matters most to you. Some clients are just beginning their recovery journey, seeking immediate relief from intense addictive behaviours. Others are focused on longer-term psychotherapy to address the deeper wounds underlying those addictions. Some might come for a few sessions to work through specific challenges, such as navigating a relationship breakup, managing bouts of anxiety or depression, or overcoming a sense of being stuck. And sometimes, people aren’t sure exactly what they need—that’s perfectly okay too. Whatever your situation, you are welcome here.

I work with individuals and groups across a continuum of care, ranging from practical recovery skills such as emotion regulation to more profound inner healing of past hurts. On my website, you'll find details about my food addiction recovery groups and group parts work, which may resonate with you.

My area of specialty is ultra-processed food addiction—a journey I know firsthand, as it was the first addiction that led me to recovery. I hold an MA in Counselling (UNE), am a certified food addiction counsellor (INFACT), and am a Level 2-trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. My work is deeply rooted in the principle of "doing your own work," meaning I am committed to my own ongoing therapy and draw on somatic and other healing modalities to look after myself so I can better support you.

I am also passionate about raising awareness of ultra-processed food addiction and complex trauma, working to break the stigma surrounding these issues. Through collaborations with organisations like SANE Australia and the Blue Knot Foundation, I share my lived experience to help others.

It would be an honour to walk alongside you on your journey. Contact me for a free 15-minute chat.
