About me

My practice
I work with people who are feeling the effects of pressure, overwhelm, anxiety, self-criticism, perfectionism, burnout, or a loss of meaning and direction in their work and lives.

It can be hard to find a place where you can reflect. I work with you at your own pace.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable and high-functioning. They are often used to solving problems through effort, responsibility and pushing through. Over time, that relationship with pressure can begin to narrow attention, strain relationships, disconnect people from their bodies and emotions, and obscure the sense of meaning or aliveness that once energised their work and lives.

My approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy, mindfulness and contemplative practice. Together we work to recognise the patterns, stories and pressures shaping your experience, while developing greater clarity, flexibility, self-understanding and self-compassion.

I aim to offer a grounded, humane and practical space where people can reconnect with themselves beyond constant evaluation, performance and self-judgement.

Alongside my counselling and coaching work, I have worked for many years as a writer, director, performer and university educator in film, television and theatre. I hold a First Class Masters in Narrative Therapy from the University of Melbourne and am a registered meditation and mindfulness teacher trained through Zenways UK, a program accredited by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).
