My practice
I am deeply passionate about working with both individuals and couples to help them break free from patterns keeping them stuck. Using a systems lens and psychodynamic approach, I focus on fostering relational self-awareness and helping clients create meaningful, long-lasting change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique journey toward growth and healing.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychological science from the University of New England and a Master’s in Psychotherapy from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. Additionally, I have completed Level 1 Gottman Method training, equipping me with evidence-based tools to support individuals and couples in building stronger, healthier relationships.
