My practice
I work with a wide variety of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, grief & loss, addictions, life transitions, existential and relationship issues. I synthesise knowledge from many sources (e.g. Mindfulness & Compassion, Somatic Psychotherapy, Gestalt psychotherapy) to work systemically & holistically. I also work with trauma and post traumatic symptoms.
