My practice
Centred On Counselling offers therapeutic counselling services to individuals across all ages and life stages including the areas of child and adolescent social and emotional development, trauma, risk management, transitions and treatment strategies for anxiety and depression. Mindfulness and a person centred approach supports clients to address stressful life events, overwhelm, improve coping and make positive change decisions.
