About me

My practice
I’m a counsellor and play therapist based in Brisbane, offering sand tray therapy to support children’s emotional wellbeing. I provide a gentle, child-led space where children can explore feelings, process experiences, and build emotional awareness through play.

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate practice, with a focus on safety, connection, and trust. I am a registered member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, a member of the Sandtray Therapy Association of Australia, and a trained facilitator of Circle of Security Parenting.

I also value supporting parents and caregivers alongside their child, helping strengthen understanding, connection, and confidence.
