My practice
A warm, culturally sensitive counselling service supporting individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. The practice offers evidence-based approaches including CBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Systemic Therapy, and Play and Sand Tray Therapy. Areas of focus include addiction, anxiety, depression, parenting, low self-esteem, and migrant issues. Services are available in English, Bengali, and Hindi, both in-person and via telehealth.
