About me

My practice
Rachael works collaboratively with her clients, often using nature, mindfulness, somatic resources and creative therapies.

Rachael is trained as a level 1 sensorimotor psychotherapist, exploring ways patterns from our past, including trauma, show up in the body. Rachael is also informed in her work by ideas from narrative therapy, strength based approaches, attachment theory, and systems theory.

Rachael has been exploring her own connection to nature, spirit and the body through mindfulness, meditation, yoga and time in the outdoors for around 20 years, she also integrates, these ideas in her work as a counsellor and bush adventure therapist where useful.

Rachael offers both walk and talk sessions in local parks as well as online counselling.
