About me

My practice
"Where connection meets healing through creative expression". As a Clinical Counsellor and Therapeutic Arts therapist with a specialisation in Community Arts & Health I call my practice "The Meeting Place" because I believe we are all relational beings. It is in meeting together with another that we can relate and make meaning out of seemingly impossible situations.
My approach is person-centred and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed practices and CBT. Different mediums of expression—creative arts processes, traditional talk therapy, and nature-based approaches—facilitate possibilities in our work together. The Meeting Place is a culturally respectful safe space where healing happens through authentic connection, and where exploring what feels right in each unique moment is honoured and supported.
I aim to journey with you in a respectful, empathic, and non-judgmental way. My role as therapist and companion allows you to explore what is needed at this very moment in time. I offer flexibility in how we meet: face-to-face consultations, walk-and-talk sessions in nature, or online — whatever best serves your needs and comfort. Whether you're navigating loss, processing trauma, or seeking support through life's transitions, I'm here to walk alongside you.
