My practice
At Somatic Psychotherapies, I offer Clinical Supervision, Counselling (talk & somatic based) & Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy to Individuals (including Children/Youth/Adults), Couples & Families with availability for Weekday & Weekend sessions Online via Telehealth (Video or voice link) across Australia & New Zealand. Whatever you are going through, know that there is hope - Let me help you find that hope.


I can utilise various assessments when appropriate to measure the severity of a specific problem, as well as determining your progress within therapy. I can also teach many various emotional regulation skills where this may be of benefit for you too.

I work from a Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) approach using a conversational style listening patiently to you, always with empathy, genuineness and without judgement, to help find the solutions you desire for your life whilst adjusting my techniques to fit your needs within each session.

As an experienced practitioner, I am committed to providing professionals with a safe space to navigate workplace challenges, build resilience, and thrive in their careers.

My private funded session rates for Counselling, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy (including couples, families, weekends) & Professional Clinical Supervision is $200 - 1hr, $300 - 1.5hrs, $400 - 2hrs. Payment via credit card or internet transfer.
