About me

My practice
Supporting parents and children with mental health struggles, through strengthening relationships and re-evaluating what's 'normal' for babies, children, teens and families. I have a keen interest in supporting families with sensitive temperaments, separation anxiety, sleep challenges, complex mental health, autism and PDA. Highlighting norms that exist in Western culture, that aren't so 'normal', helping you to tune in to your unique family's needs and tune out the 'noise'.
