I am an a registered art therapist at Skylark Creative Therapy and I work with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or facing major life changes, identity questions, or mental health challenges. I also support those caring for loved ones with dementia or navigating neurodivergence. My goal is to provide a safe, creative, and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace even when words are hard to find.
