My practice
I am senior clinical practitioner and psychodynamic psychotherapist, who has completed advanced clinical training. I am credentialed in Australia with 22 years of professional work experience and am comfortable working across a range of mental health difficulties, including personality disorder. I have experience in helping clients with general stress and anxiety, relationship issues & sleeping disorders, and specialise in areas of trauma, attachment and personal-integrative work (body- mind connection). I can be of assistance to those wanting to explore general development and meaning in their lives. I am readily able to work in both short term or focused manner, as well as with longer term or in-depth focus. The effectiveness, safety of the therapy relationship is key for me.
