About me

My practice
Anna works with people recovering from earlier trauma such as growing up in a dysfunctional family, abuse, neglect, bullying, sexual abuse etc. She also works with people having lived with/living in DFV & other relationship struggles and with parents wanting to better help their children.

Anna works with people experiencing anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses such as personality disorders.

Her ongoing professional development complements these areas of work.
