About me

My practice
With over 20 years experience, I specialise in supporting people with hoarding disorder, trauma and LGBTIQ+ folks. I use a blend of compassion, wisdom and sometimes humor, to support people. We'll probably do some talking, maybe some nature arts therapy, or sandtray or just learning some simple breathing practices to support your wellbeing.
