My practice
Integrative practitioner, drawing on knowledge from evidence-based modalities such as Positive Psychology and Solution-Focused approaches to help enhance well-being and influence individuals make positive changes in their lives. I integrate person-centred, existential, psychodynamic, solution-focused, gestalt and narrative modalities to work collaboratively with clients to determine the approach that best suits their needs. I offer a confidential, non-judgmental, safe space for clients to explore their difficulties in-depth and increase self-awareness to enable change and personal growth. I believe the client-counsellor relationship is key to a therapeutic growth. I offer professional and confidential counselling for individuals, families and couples experiencing low self-esteem, social and emotional issues, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, difficult life-transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, parenting issues, workplace stress, interpersonal communication and assertiveness.
