About me

My practice
With 15 plus years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with multiple individuals suffering the effects of domestic violence, personality disorders, and PTSD. My career has focused on understanding how interpersonal relationships, especially those influenced by trauma, can affect various aspects of a person’s life.

As a counsellor, I have experience assisting individuals managing the emotional and relational challenges in all areas of their lives. I offer a supportive environment where clients can discuss their experiences, establish and reinforce mental health boundaries. I provide practical tools to improve self-well-being and envisioning a positive life with emotional intelligence and the tools to support your mental health.

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centric, and supported by the principle that healing is achievable in all complex circumstances.
