About me

My practice
Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, challenges related to Autism or ADHD, or just feeling lost; I offer a safe, supportive space to help you navigate life’s difficulties and discover your own oasis.

I provide mental health support in a safe, welcoming, non-clinical space where you can feel free to be yourself.

My approach is personalised and focuses on your whole well-being, combining insights from neuroscience with a deep understanding of your unique life story.

Through the use of a mixture of different counselling styles including alternative therapy such as fusion of sound bath within the counselling session, I will help you explore your experiences and understand yourself better.

With a background in Pastoral Care, I bring an understanding of not just your emotional and psychological health but also your spiritual well-being.

This blend of evidence-based, holistic, and spiritual care practices allows me to offer a well-rounded approach to healing and personal growth.

My commitment to you is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves access to the support and guidance necessary to navigate life’s challenges.
