My practice
Ruth is a psychotherapist in private practice in Sydney 's Inner West. Ruth supports people to heal, grow and flourish through a holistic, growth-oriented and deeply compassionate approach to emotional wellbeing.

Ruth specialises in supporting women with depression or anxiety symptoms to get back on track. She also has a particular interest in working with grief and has undertaken specific study, as well as conference presentation, in this area of therapy work.

Ruth holds a Masters of Gestalt Psychotherapy and is a qualified Art Therapist, reflecting her approach to therapy as an alive, embodied and creative process.
