My practice
Each person I meet as a counsellor comes with their own shape, story, and way of being in the world. I believe in honouring that uniqueness while also recognising the deeper human experiences we all share; the need for acceptance, care, and connection.

My approach is grounded in person-centred values and contemplative practices such as mindfulness, empathy, and non-judgmental acceptance. I aim to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and free to explore whatever is present for you, in your own way and at your own pace.
