My practice
I offer a warm and welcoming space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and explore the relationships and challenges affecting your life. Working with individuals, couples, and parents, I support those who appear to be ok and capable on the outside but who are quietly struggling on the inside. Together, we address specific challenges like anxiety, overwhelm, depression, disconnection, family breakdown and conflict, grief and loss, and generational parenting patterns. With decades of personal family life and professional relationship education experience, I deeply understand how complex relationships can be, and the invisible load of caring for others.

My approach is trauma-informed, and grounded in attachment and nervous system regulation. I draw on evidence-based frameworks including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems to look beneath the surface with compassion and curiosity. Rather than trying to fix you, my goal is to help you make sense of your thoughts and emotions, allowing you to build healthier connections and create more choice in how you respond to life. Clients of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome online or in-person in Mount Colah, Hornsby, and Northern Sydney.
