My practice
Jennifer has over 18 year’s experience working as a therapist with a wide variety of presentations. She holds an M.A in Counselling and Psychotherapy and has a Dip. of Energetic Health. Jennifer provides effective, collaborative therapeutic support to identify problems and address individual needs.
Jennifer treats individuals and couples using a combination of EFT (Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy) and IFS (Internally Family Systems). Jennifer specialises in anxiety and depression, relational and attachment issues, emotional dysregulation and trauma. Jennifer uses a unique combination of body and mind focused practices to address the issues in a holistic fashion, including somatic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, energetic health and trauma informed practices.
Jennifer helps clients become more self-aware, and to focus on their core issues. Registered with the PACFA & IEHA.
