About me

My practice
Trauma & Addiction Specialist | Telehealth for Busy Professionals | Saturdays Available

About You: On paper, you’re successful. You are high-functioning, driven, and holding it all together at work. But underneath, you are carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, anxiety, or patterns of addiction that are quietly eroding your life.

Maybe you are using alcohol or substances to "wind down" after high-pressure weeks. Maybe you are navigating the unique complexities of relationships, identity, or past rejection. You don't need general advice; you need a space where you don't have to explain the basics of who you are, so we can get straight to the work of healing.

My Approach: I am a registered counsellor specialising in Psychodrama, Trauma, and Addiction recovery. My work is dynamic and practical. I don't just sit and nod; we work together to unpack the roles you play, process the grief or trauma holding you back, and script a new way forward.

I also support the LGBTIQA+ community and men in recovery. I offer a judgment-free, safe, and highly professional space.

Why Saturdays? I understand the corporate world because I work in it, too. I know that taking an hour out of a Tuesday afternoon is often impossible for high-performers. I run a dedicated Saturday Telehealth Clinic designed for professionals who need high-quality therapy without the stress of squeezing it into the work week. Connect from the privacy and comfort of your own home.
