In addition, Nicole brings lived experience as a mother, offering a grounded and compassionate understanding of family life, relationships and the evolving demands placed on individuals. This combination enables Nicole to offer a level of insight that is both clinically informed and grounded in real-world understanding.

Nicole works with individuals experiencing stress and burnout, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges and questions of identity and direction.
