About me

My practice
I am a mental health therapist in private practice offering counselling, psychotherapy and EMDR therapy for adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD and other neurodivergent experiences, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, life transitions, and the ongoing impact of difficult life experiences.

Over nearly a decade, I have worked across public and private human services, including corporate settings, supporting individuals impacted by trauma and mental health challenges. The people I have had the privilege of working alongside, together with my clinical training, continue to shape how I show up in the therapy room: with presence, openness, curiosity and respect for the unique experiences, strengths and challenges each person brings.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed and integrative, recognising that each person brings their own unique experiences, strengths and challenges, and that our wellbeing is shaped through our relationship with ourselves, others and the environments we live in. I integrate psychotherapy, social work, EMDR, somatic and nervous system-informed approaches to support greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience and meaningful change.

Whether working one-on-one, in group settings or with organisations, I aim to create safe and supportive spaces where people feel welcome, understood and empowered in their growth, healing and connection to themselves and others.
