My practice
I have over 23 years experience and I provide collaborative and compassionate one on one counselling to children, young people and adults over a wide rage of issues. My therapeutic framework is trauma-informed, client-centred and focuses on individual clients concerns. I have a highly flexible approach that utilises both talk, expressive and play therapies. I work collaboratively with my clients to reach their desired therapeutic outcomes.
