About me

My practice
I am trained as a Clinical Counsellor and Gestalt Psychotherapist.

Enabling individuals to feel safe, seen and heard during therapy underpins my practice. I aim to create a sense of safety, warmth , curiosity and acceptance to everyone I work with . I offer heartfelt therapy delivered though a trauma informed ,relational approach.

I am passionate about supporting the next generation and offer meaningful, playful and creative therapeutic resources when working with younger clients. I believe the best results are achieved when parents , carers and families are involved in their child's therapeutic process.

I aspire to increase an individuals awareness and capacity to accept their authentic selves, while giving them the tools to implement change, enabling a more satisfied and enriched existence to be experienced.

I work with individuals, groups , children, young people , families and schools.
Within schools I have delivered individual therapy , crisis support , psycho education and well-being sessions for staff .

I have written and facilitated well-being workshops for students and teachers targeting specific areas that have been identified by schools as needing addressing .
