I bring 16 years of clinical experience. I meet you where you are, with no judgement and with the holistic intention of reducing shame, building self care ,empowerment and reclaiming the authentic self. I specialise in working with women who have or have left toxic or unhealthy relationships, experienced trauma or sexual assault and those recovering from eating disorders. Zoom or face to face can be arranged. Happy to help out with enquiries to see if we are the right fit.
