About me

My practice
I support people who live with the ongoing impacts of difficult life experiences.
I’m a complex trauma counsellor and have been providing trauma-informed counselling since 2017.

I help people who have experienced multiple traumatic events, relationship harm or abuse.

My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, respectful relationships. You feel seen, heard, and supported.

Together, we focus on building safety and stability, making sense of what has happened. We reconnect with your self and the world around you.

Much of what people carry can feel isolating — as though you are the only one who has experienced it. In reality, many of these experiences are more common than we realise.

You are not alone.

Recovery and healing happen in Good Company.
