Hi, my name is Amber.

My desire is to offer a space where you can come away from the stress of life and find the inner strength, wisdom and skills you need in order to face life’s challenges.

Within my practice I use a Person-Centred, Trauma-Informed approach. Integrating various contemporary models and techniques in collaboration with you to work towards your goal for therapy.

I believe each one of us has the potential to live a full, meaningful life without continually being overwhelmed by self-doubt, fear, and anxiety, crippling our lives.
