My practice
I am a specialist Gestalt Psychotherapist based in Sydney, offering a depth-oriented approach for individuals seeking sustainable change. My practice focuses on the integration of mind and body, helping clients access the emotional experiences that traditional "talk therapy" sometimes misses.

I work with the "whole person," using a somatic and relational framework to explore how past patterns manifest in the present moment. By bringing awareness to physical sensations and relational dynamics in the therapy room, we can uncover and resolve the protective mechanisms that keep you feeling stuck.

My practice is located in Ultimo, Sydney - close to Pyrmont, Glebe, Haymarket and Broadway - and a short walk from the 'Exhibition Centre' light rail. I am also available to clients and supervisees online.
