About me

My practice
Stacy holds a Master of Mental Health (Art Therapy) and a Master of Career Development. She is professionally registered with the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA), the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA), and the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).

Stacy works from a person-centred, trauma-informed and strengths-based framework, grounded in the belief that every person carries within them an innate drive toward healing, growth and meaning. Rather than needing to be “fixed,” clients are supported to reconnect with their own inner wisdom, identity and capacity for change.

With a special interest in life transitions, identity, and human relationships, Stacy offers a deeply respectful and creative therapeutic space where people can explore who they are, what they need, and how they want to move forward. She supports clients to make sense of their experiences, build self-trust, and step into lives that feel more authentic and aligned.

Career Counselling

As a Career Counsellor, Stacy’s holistic approach supports clients to clarify their values, strengths and direction, helping them navigate career transitions, uncertainty and decision-making with confidence and self-belief. She works with all ages from school students and school leavers to retirees and can also assist with practical advice on study options, finding work opportunities, resumes and interview practice.

Art Therapy

As an Art Therapist, Stacy provides a creative pathway for people who find that words alone are not always enough. The creative process allows clients to access and express deeper layers of experience in a gentle and contained way. No artistic skill is required — simple colours, shapes or images can carry powerful meaning and support insight and healing. Stacy works with children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, chronic and acute physical illnesses, neurodiversity, emotional regulation difficulties, family and relationship concerns, and the impacts of stress and change.

Counselling

Stacy is a trained psychotherapist. Using a trauma-informed and collaborative approach, she offers her client’s choice when it comes to their therapy—sometimes art therapy, sometimes more traditional ‘talk’ therapy, sometimes both. She is guided by her client’s needs as she supports them to explore their thoughts, emotions and life experiences in a safe and compassionate space.

Groups

Stacy is available to run art therapy and career development groups on-or-off site on request. She has extensive experience working with schools and universities, community groups, and with cancer patients.

Across all her work, Stacy offers a warm, collaborative space where people can reconnect with their sense of self, enhancing wellbeing and building resilience, healing and hope for the future.
