About me

My practice
Trauma‑informed, neuroaffirming counselling and psychotherapy for neurodivergents (Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, Gifted, PDA‑ish, 2e and otherwise‑neurodivergent) teens, adults and families with complex inner worlds. I draw on schema work, parts‑based approaches, ACT and creative processes, grounded in both clinical training and lived experience of neurodivergence and advocacy. People see me for support with burnout and shutdown, late‑identified or questioning neurodivergence, parenting intense kids, teen overwhelm, relationship strain across neurotypes, and trauma including school and systemic harms. You don’t need a diagnosis to belong here; if “try harder to be normal” has never really worked for you, we can explore other ways forward that reduce the load, increase choice, and make more room for who you are. NDIS clients are welcome, in Perth and via telehealth.
