I have been practising and studying Buddhist mindfulness and meditation for over 20 years, with three decades of experience across clinical, community, care, and trauma informed settings. I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to therapy. My background includes, group and retreat facilitation, refugee and palliative care, psychiatric and disability services, and long-term support for people living with complex mental health challenges.
