With 20 years of experience in mental health, including 7 years specialising in attachment, Britt has worked as a breastfeeding counsellor, perinatal mental health support worker, family counsellor, and relationship attachment therapist.
Britt’s trauma-informed, person-centred counselling combines mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, grief and loss theory, and attachment theory. She listens to your unique story and collaborates with you to find the best approach to suit your needs.
Britt is a Certified Circle of Security Supervisor and has extensive training in clinical supervision. She is passionate about supporting therapists in ethical practice, personal growth, and professional identity development. Her supervision approach focuses on reflective practice, self-awareness, and integrating theory into therapeutic work.
