My practice
I offer grounded, thoughtful therapy for people navigating the ups and downs of life. Relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, parenting, trauma, and neurodivergence are all areas that I support my clients to grow within everyday. As an experienced therapist, I tailor the the experience to meet where you are at. I work using a wide variety of modalities with particular interest in practices that invite mind-body connection because that is where I believe that growth and change can really happen. I love the special people in my life, gardening, cooking, singing, dancing, art, reading and learning.
