About me

My practice
I am have been a Counselling Practitioner since 2005. NDIS accredited Counsellor. I have masters degree in counselling and social work. I have received a Level I and II Complex trauma Certification. My counselling experiences have helped me, develop a practice that is person-centered, collaborative and culturally attuned, with a sole focus on mental health and well being.
In order to personalize therapy to individual needs, I use multimodal techniques to deliver interventions. I provide therapeutic interventions to manage overall impact of stress, life transitions, relationship issues. My practice involves in depth work with anxiety, depression and trauma.
