I am a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of healthcare experience and a Master of Gestalt Psychotherapy. I offer a warm, grounded, and non-judgemental approach, supporting adults with anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and identity exploration.

I have a particular interest in anxiety and how it shows up in both the mind and body. I also have a strong interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and provide a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed space where you can explore your experiences without judgement.

Gestalt therapy focuses on increasing awareness of thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and patterns of relating, helping you develop greater self-understanding, choice, and connection.

I offer in-person sessions in Albion, Brisbane, and online sessions Australia-wide.
