My practice
Looking for grief counselling that doesn't feel clinical? I support children and adults in the beautiful outdoors. I invite you to come walk or sit with me over a cuppa in a peaceful park. When I'm supporting children, we'll use play, sensory materials and movement throughout the session. If you're not sure where to start, that's ok, I can help you with that.
Having been a school counsellor and paediatric palliative care grief counsellor, there is a special place in my heart for supporting children and adults who are bereaved and/or grieving an imminent loss. The outdoors is also a wonderful place for me to support people who are finding anxiety symptoms or low self-esteem negatively impacting their life.
However you like to be identified, whatever your cultural background, you are welcome.
If you're an early career counsellor, I am trained in the Rise Up model of supervision and would love to support you on your journey working with children and/or bereaved clients - either online or in person.
