About me

My practice
I provide personalised, experienced and supportive therapy, in an inclusive practice.
Appointments are available online across a variety of platforms including Zoom.

The most effective therapy starts with our relationship. For this reason I offer a FREE 20 minute no obligation initial
consultation. This allows you time and space to discuss your goals and expectations, while discovering if you would like to work further with me.

I work with adults, children, adolescents, relationships & expatriates within an integrative practice. As a pluralistic therapist I am able to offer a range of therapeutic approaches that are tailored to your specific needs.

Together we look to build on your existing strengths and develop new skills. We explore long standing issues to discover ways of resolving and look to re-establish connections. Overall we work to improve your wellbeing and restore your hope for a better future, while supporting your specific reasons for coming to therapy.

Wether you're new to therapy or experienced I am happy to answer all your questions. Choosing a therapist is an important decision and I understand you want the most appropriate and effective therapy.

No matter where you’re located or what you’re going through, there is hope. Contact Julie at [email protected] today and start a
conversation.
