I trust that clients know the solutions to their life’s challenges but often need help realizing them. I offer a safe and comfortable space for you to explore whatever difficulties you are experiencing.
I work through a trauma informed lens and draw eclectically on various models.

Through counselling, I can assist you in becoming more aware of yourself and to develop various strategies and resources that will help you. I believe in building a relationship based on trust and genuineness and working together to discover patterns of thoughts and behaviours that may be causing you pain in life and together begin to look at new ways in which you can bring about positive change.
