About me

My practice
I am a Clinical Counsellor and Psychotherapist dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care. I work with adults navigating interpersonal challenges, unresolved trauma, and those seeking to reduce stress and anxiety to improve their overall well-being. My approach is deeply rooted in fostering personal growth and supporting clients in restoring their relationship with themselves and others.
Using evidence-based approaches, I work collaboratively with my clients to address the underlying psychological processes shaping their experiences. With a strong emphasis on self-awareness, self-compassion, and meaningful change, I help individuals recognize unexpressed needs and shift unhelpful patterns to foster a more fulfilling and balanced life.

My Personal Therapy Journey
My own experience attending therapy has been profoundly beneficial in helping me understand my patterns of behavior, as well as my reactive nature and unconscious parts. Through therapy, I learned skills that allowed me to pause before responding, significantly reducing my stress levels and improving my interpersonal relationships.
Additionally, my mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices have been instrumental in strengthening my self-compassion and non-judgmental approach toward myself and others. These practices have helped me cultivate a deeper sense of awareness, allowing me to respond to life’s challenges with more clarity and ease.

My Hope for You
I know firsthand the transformative power of therapy, and my hope for my clients is to support them in discovering the same self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace that I have found. No matter where you are on your journey, I am here to walk alongside you, providing the tools, guidance, and encouragement to help you build a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
