My practice
David has been providing counselling, therapeutic group work, and mental health and wellbeing education to individuals, couples, and organisations for over twenty years. David has over 5000 hours of counselling experience, helping people with a wide range of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and complex relational, developmental and behavioural challenges.

Working in the humanistic tradition David strives to help people find or regain their personal agency and self-compassion with a view to them living their best life. One of David’s favourite quotes that mirrors his passion, is to help people ‘Go confidently in the direction of your dreams’ Thoreau

David has been an elected leader of the Victorian branch of PACFA for sixteen years, has post-graduate training in Counselling and Psychotherapy, along with a Master of Research, a Master of Professional Education and Training, and is a Ph.D. Candidate focusing on Health Literacy, Empowerment, and Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing.
