My practice
I am a calm, compassionate and authentic practitioner. At the core, I am compelled by a belief that everyone has both the capacity and motivation to live a more engaged and fulfilling life, but for various reasons, we may find ourselves stuck and unable to move forward in development and growth. Sometimes our issues have journeyed with us since childhood, other times they arise in response to new experiences. I will work to create a safe, caring and non-judgmental space where your concerns can come to light and be addressed, gently and with deep consideration.
