My practice
I am a Clinical Counsellor and registered Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience in alcohol and other drug treatment, trauma, and complex mental health presentations. I work primarily with adults and families affected by addiction, occupational stress, and life transitions, with a particular focus on men and those from high pressure industries.

I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling, and a Graduate Diploma in Addictive Behaviours. My approach is person centred and trauma informed, integrating evidence based modalities to support clients to build insight, emotional regulation, and sustainable change. My work is grounded in respect, collaboration, and a strong belief in people’s capacity for recovery and growth.
