I am a Nepali Counsellor and Psychotherapy
I have done Master of Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy; Graduate Diploma of psychological science; Bachelors of Psychological Science; and
Bachelors of Social Science

I have five years of experience in providing Counselling and Psychotherapy services.
Besides English, I provide Counselling and Psychotherapy services in Nepali and Hindi.
I work with individuals, couples, and families with stress, anxiety, and depression, including trauma issues.

I use biopsychosocial approaches, holistic approach and recovery oriented approaches in developing case plan and case management. I use both evidence-based and practice based modalities such as person-centered, CBD, Family Therapy, Brief-Solution/Solution focus therapy, Psychodynamic, Narrative therapy, etc.
