My practice
I work within a trauma informed practice model and use a three phase approach based on stabilization, processing and integration. In working with issues of addiction, I work with an integrative treatment of PTSD and substance abuse. I focus on what is important to you and follow your lead in deciding which direction to take in your recovery journey.
I can assist with issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, stress and many other human experiences.
